Tai Seng Exchange is a modern campus-like industrial development located in Singapore. The complex includes office spaces, research facilities, laboratories, and lifestyle amenities all in one place.
The design features lush greenery throughout the building, providing a calming and relaxing environment for those who work and visit. It has achieved GreenMark Platinum certification for its commitment to sustainability and environmentally-friendly practices.
The development is organized around a radial masterplan, with different blocks plugged in around a central common core with a public landscape deck.
In recognition of its outstanding design, Tai Seng Exchange has won the “Best Industrial Development” and “Best Green Development” awards at the Asia Property Awards 2020.
