This interior design for a luxury condominium shapes the common areas as a sequence of considered spaces, moving residents gradually from public arrival areas to more intimate settings. The site's relationship to the adjacent river informs the design language. Curvilinear forms appear in ceiling details, partitions, and built-in furnishings, while reflective surfaces in select locations capture and extend views of the water. Natural materials—timber, stone, and textured finishes—ground the spaces and introduce warmth against the smoother, lighter elements.
